Processing times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping times and costs
- Italy: delivery in 1-2 business days — shipping is always free, on every order with no minimum spend.
- European Union (excluding Italy): delivery in 2-5 business days — free shipping on orders of €65 or more; €4,99 on orders under €65.
- Rest of the world: delivery in 7-15 business days — shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The times indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may vary due to causes beyond our control (weather events, carrier delays, customs clearance).
Order tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International shipping and customs
For orders outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order is damaged in transit or is not marked as delivered according to the tracking, contact us at info@hyrobrand.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date: we'll check with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund).
Incorrect address
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. Please check your details carefully before confirming your order.
